摘  要:目的根据生物工程及化工等原理,制备珊瑚人工骨,并检测此珊瑚(Coral)复合人工骨的血液相容性。方法将制备的珊瑚复合人工骨、按照国际标准化组织和我国国家标准规定要求,采用将珊瑚复合人工骨及其浸提液与抗凝稀释兔血直接接触,测定红细胞释放的血红蛋白量(OD值),将测得的OD值换算为溶血率。结果珊瑚复合人工骨材料浸提液组的溶血率为1.81%,材料与血液直接接触组溶血率为1.41%,阴性对照组和阳性对照组溶血率分别为0%、100%。结论珊瑚复合人工骨材料无溶血作用,血液相容性良好。Objective Hemolysis assay on a new type of artificial composite bone, which comprises coral, PMMA, carbon fiber and polyester fiber. Methods Makes the dilution rabbit blood (18ml) by mixing anticoagulative dilute cony blood (8ml) and mixing the NaCl (0.9%) saline solution (10ml), makes the dilution rabbit bloode. Takes leaching solution 10ml and artificial bone 2g in the NaCl (0.9%) saline solution 10ml to set into the different test tube. Put it in 37℃ constant temperature water and bath it to keep warm 30 rain. Then each test tube joins the 0.2ml dilution rabbit blood and mixes it gently uniformly, And set them in 37℃) at the spectrophotometer 545nm wave length place. Negatinve control group and masculine control group respectively are isometric NaCi (0.9%) saline solution and distilled water. The operation is the same as the above. Formula of the hematolysis rate; haematolysis rate= (sample OD value-negatinve OD value) / (masculine OD value- negatinve OD value) constant temperature water for 60min. Watch whether there is agglutination phenomenon. Than centrifugalize (1000rpm) for 5min. Move the supernatant to cuvette. Determine the sample (the OD value)×100%. Results Hemolytic rates of leaching solution groups and direct contact group are 1.81%,6, 1.41% respectinvely, which are much lower than national positive standard of 5%, This result indicates that this material has no haematolysis effect. Conclusions The artificial bone has excellent blood compatibility and it conforms to the national standard requirement.
