摘　　要：目的总结滑动加压鹅头钉治疗股骨粗隆间不稳定型骨折的体会。方法我院自1995年3月至2005年3月使用该钉治疗粗隆间不稳定型骨折90例,经4个月至8年的随访82例。结果随访统计其优良率为97．3％。结论滑动加压鹅头钉是目前国内外治疗股骨粗隆间骨折最有效的方法之一,术后病人可以早期离床不负重活动,能有效地降低并发症和死亡率。Objective To summarize the dynamic hip screw （DHS） treatment effect of unstable intertrochanteric fracture. Methods From 1995.3 to 2005.3 treated unstable intertrochanteric fracture 90 cases with DHS. Follow-up 4 months-8 years total 82 cases. Results The excellent and good clinical results were 97.3%. Conclusion DHS was the effective method in treated ofintertrochanteric fracture. The patients can movement early after operation, and this method can reduce the complications.
