氨力农对栓塞性肺动脉高压的作用研究

摘　　要：目的 研究氨力农对栓塞性肺动脉高压的作用。方法 测定栓塞性肺动脉高压的小猪静脉注射氨力农前 后的血液动力学、DD二聚体(D-dimer,DD)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)和血气分析的变化,与对照组作比较。结 果 用氨力农后,肺动脉压有显著下降,心搏指数增加,血氧分压改善,NO下降,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P< 0．05)。结论 氨力农可明显降低栓塞引起的肺动脉高压,增加心输出量,改善氧合。Objective To investigate the effect of Amrinone on pigs with acute thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension. Methods An animal model of acute pulmonary embolism was established by intravenous infusion of autologous blood clot. 20 model pigs were randomly assigned to either Amrinone treated （Amrinone , n = 10） or control （ n = 10） group. In 2 groups, systolic pulmonary artery pressure （SPAP） 、 systolic artery blood pressure（SABP） 、 cardiac index （CI） 、 heart rate （HR）、blood gas analysis、 nitric oxide （NO） 、D-dimer （DI）） were measured respectively before treatment and an hour after treatment. Results SPAP、CI、PaO2 、PaCOa、HR、DD、NO changed significantly after thrombolysis in two groups. To compare with control group , SPAP、PaO2、CI、NO had changed more significantly in group Amrinone（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The results suggest that Amrinone can significantly decline the pulmonary artery pressure、 increase the cardiac output and improve oxygenation in pigs with acute thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension.
