摘　　要：随着《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》的全面推行,如何做好清单计价模式下的造价控制工作,就成为当前建筑行业的热点问题。从业主角度出发,分析了清单计价模式下造价控制出现的问题,通过对其深入地研究,得出了初步结论。Since ＂code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works＂ was carded out widely, it has impacted on cost control in project construction greatly .How to do cost control well in new conditions becomes a hot issue in construction industry, This paper analyzes the problems of cost control in the mode of valuation with bill quantity. After further study ,the initial conclusion is given.
