摘  要:利用循环伏安法(CV)研究了神经递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)在聚茜素红薄膜修饰电极(PARSE)上的电化学行为. 由于PARSE对抗坏血酸(AA)催化作用较弱,因而基本消除了AA对NE测定的干扰.在测定的最佳条件下,去甲肾上腺素在PARSE上的氧化峰电流与其浓度在6.0×10-6~1.2×10-4 mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数达0.9995,检测限可达9.0×10-7 mol/L. 将该法用于NE针剂样品分析,10次平行样品测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2.4%,回收率为95.9%~103.2%,可用于去甲肾上腺素的定量分析.The electrochemical behavior of neurotransmitter Noradrenalin in poly(alizarin red) film modified electrodes (PARSE) have been studied by cyclic voltammetry. Because catalysis of PARSE on AA was a little weak, it almost eliminated the interferences of AA on determining NE. Under the selected conditions, the oxidation peak currents were in linear with concentration of NE in the range of 6.0×10^-6~1.2×10^-4 mol/L. The detection limit was up to 9.0×10^-7 mol/L and linear correlation coffcient of 0.9995 can be obtained. The PARSE had been applied to determine the contents of NE in injection, the results was satisfying. The sample was tested ten times, and the relatively standard deviation (RSD) was not more than 2.4% and the recovery rate was 95.9%-103.2%. The PARSE can be used for quantitative determination of NE in real samples.
