摘　　要：目的研究舒冠片的质量标准.方法用TLC对处方中的制何首乌、川芎、淫洋藿进行定性鉴别;用HPLC测定制何首乌中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-Ο-β-D-葡萄糖苷(二苯乙烯苷)的含量.结果 TLC色谱能分别检出制何首乌、川芎、淫洋藿;二苯乙烯苷的含量在8.2～82 ng内,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率98.9%,RSD=1.69%.结论 建立的方法能准确、快速地进行定性、定量检测,可用于舒冠片的质量控制.Objective Study the quality standards of Shuguan tablets. Method Thin layer chromatography TLC ） was used to identify prepared fleece-flower root, chuanqiong, and epimedium; and HPLC was used to assay 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxystilbene-2- O-β-D- glucoside. Results Fleece-flower root, chuanqiong, and epimedium can be identify by TLC; the content range of 2, 3, 5,4＇- tetrahydroxystilbene-2- O-β-D-glucoside is between 8, 2 -82 ng, and the sample volume is correlated linearly with peak area integration with r=0. 9998, average yield of 98.9% and RSD = 1.69%. Conclusion The quality control methods can be used in qualitative identification and quantitative assay of Shuguan tablets.
