摘　　要：根据国际国内发展的经验,以及教育对经济的促进作用,结合甘肃经济社会发展的现实要求,指出甘肃实施人才强省战略应以培养和造就拔尖创新人才为重点,并对此提出了相应的应对措施。According to the international and domestic development experiences as well as facilitation of education to economy, and combined with the actual demand of economic social development in Gansu, it is pointed out that training and creating outstanding innovative talents should be the key point in the strategy of talent strong province implemented by Gansu,and some corresponding countermeasures are porposed.
