摘　　要：目的为提高我国乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗的质量,推动乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗进入国际市场, 对普通级金黄仓鼠进行生物学净化。方法采用剖宫产手术,SPF金黄仓鼠母鼠代乳,建立SPF 金黄仓鼠种群。结果去年年底建立了有200多对SPF金黄仓鼠组成的核心种群,经送中检所实验动物标准化实验室和英国Q-one公司检测,微生物学和寄生虫学检测结果达到国家SPF金黄仓鼠质量标准,尤其是英国Q-one公司检测的10种病毒全部阴性,符合WHO乙型脑炎活疫苗生产和鉴定规程中对金黄仓鼠的质量要求。结论通过剖宫产手术,成功建立起SPF金黄仓鼠种群, 并在屏障系统进行了大规模生产。Objective To establish a breeding colony of SPF golden hamsters for improving quality of Japanese Encephalitis vaccine. Methods The golden hamsters were cleansed by cesarean operation and the baby golden hamsters were fostered in isolators by SPF golden hamsters from the Harlan in Germany. Results In the end of last year, there were more than 200 pairs of SPF golden hamsters in the isolators. The examination of the pathogens showed, the colony was upgraded to the standard of SPF golden hamsters. Conclusion The SPF golden hamsters breeding colony is established successfully by cesarean operation and have been mass-produced in the barrier.
