摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A(PAPP-A)是否参与卵泡发育中黄体生成素(LH)作用系统. 方法将来自体外受精-胚胎移植的卵巢黄素化颗粒细胞纯化后,在不同剂量人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG,0、5、10、50、75、100 IU/ml)作用下进行体外培养,收集培养液,采用时间荧光免疫分析法测定培养液中PAPP-A的量. 结果一定浓度范围(5～100 IU/ml)的hCG可刺激体外培养的黄素化颗粒细胞分泌PAPP-A,而卵泡刺激素(FSH)和hCG共同刺激下,颗粒细胞产生PAPP-A量的增加较单一因素作用下更明显. 结论 PAPP-A与LH/hCG在卵泡内的作用机制有关,参与了卵泡生长发育过程的调控.Objective： To study whether pregnancy associated plasma protein-A （PAPP-A） plays a role in the function of luteinizing hormone during follicle development. Methods： Human luteinized granulosa cells were isolated from follicular fluid obtained during oocyte retrieval of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer program and were cultured with medium 199 plus various doses of human chorionic gonadotropin （hCG, 0; 5,10,50,75,100 IU/ml）. The medium was collected and PAPP-A in it was measured by time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay. Results： Certain concentrations （5-100 IU/ml） of hCG caused higher levels of PAPP-A in the medium when compared with the control （P（0.05）. But FSH＋hCG had a stronger effect on PAPP-A production than FSH or hCG alone （P（0.01）. Conclusion： PAPP-A may be involved in the function of LH/hCG and play an important role in follicular development.
