摘　　要：本文综述了熊胆中胆汁酸类成分含量测定方法研究概况。胆汁酸测定方法有比色法、薄层色谱-紫外分光光度法、薄层扫描法、高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、毛细管电泳法;并预测了胆汁酸测定方法的发展趋势。The Methods of determination of different bile acid consitituents in Fel Ursi were reviewed in theis paper. Bile acids were deterimined by colorimetry, TLC-UV spectro photometry, TI.CS, HPLC, GC and CE. Developing direction of determination of bile acid in Fel Ursi was also discussed in this paper.
