摘　　要：土地产权限制是实现土地资源可持续利用的一种法律手段。本文将对土地产权限制的内涵及其重要意义进行论述,从国外和国内土地产权限制的历史状况出发,提出土地产权限制的合理限度问题,并将中国土地产权限制的具体表现从私法和公法的角度系统化。Limitation of land property is a legal means to achieve the sustainable utilization of land resources. The connotation and significance of the limitation of land property are discussed in this paper. On the basis of domestic and overseas historical status of land property limitation, this paper points out that the limitation of land property must be in a reasonable scope, and should be systemized from both private and public laws.
