摘 要:目的探讨噪声作业工人血浆热应激蛋白(HSPs)60抗体与语频听力损伤及高频听力损伤之间的关系。方法用Westernblot免疫印迹法测定噪声作业工人血浆HSP60抗体水平。用多因素Logistic回归模型分析HSP60抗体水平与语频听力损伤及高频听力损伤的关系。结果语频听损组HSP60抗体阳性率为16.0%,与语频正常组(5.2%)间差异有显著性意义;在排除了常见听力损伤危险因素的影响后,语频听损与HSP60抗体之间仍存在较强联系。结论血浆HSP60抗体可能是噪声作业工人语频听损的危险因素。Objective To explore the relationship between antibody against heat stress protein 60 and high frequency noise induced hearing loss (HFNIHL) and low frequency noise induced hearing loss (LFNIHL) in the workers exposed to noise. Methods Serum anti - HSP 60 was determined with Western blotting technique in the workers exposed to noise. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between anti - HSP 60 and LFNIHL and HFNIHL in the workers exposed to noise. Results The positive rate of anti - HSP 60 in LFNIHL group was 16. 0%, significantly higher than 5.2% in Normal group. After the risk factors of hearing loss are excluded, it still had a strong association between anti - HSP 60 and LFNIHL. Conclusion Anti - HSP 60 may be a risk factor of LFNIHL in the workers exposed to noise.
