袁氏外展承重运动塑形疗法治疗股骨头坏死临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究塑形疗法在股骨头坏死(ONFH)治疗中的作用及使患者早期负重的可行性。方法对52例ONFH患者的67个髋关节在行各种保髋手术和药物治疗的同时,按照塑形疗法的指导原则,早期在塑形疗法指导下进行外展承重功能锻炼,随访时间平均13个月,对治疗前、后X线片进行评估。结果64髋塌陷改善或塌陷无加重,优良率为95.5%。结论塑形疗法可使ONFH患者早期负重而不会使病情恶化。Objective To investigate the effect of Yuan＇s Plastic Therapy to osteonecrosis of femoral head （ONFH） and the feasibility to let the patient carry weight earlier with it. Methods Totally 67 hip joints of 52 cases with ONFH, at the same time of being treated with kinds of operation and/or drugs, were conducted weight - bearing training in abduction according to the principle of Yuan＇s Plastic Therapy. The follow - up time was 13 months and X - ray was estimated before and after the treatment. Results There were 64 femoral heads with improvement of collapse of femoral head or without further deterioration, The rate of excellent and good results was 95, 5%. Conclusion Yuan＇s Plastic Therapy can let ONFH patients carry weight earlier, without deterioration of the disease,
