奥扎格雷钠治疗椎基底动脉供血不足50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察奥扎格雷钠治疗椎基底动脉供血不足50例疗效。方法将100例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为治疗组50例,对照组50例,观察比较治疗前后症状、TCD、血脂变化。结果奥扎格雷钠治疗组在症状、TCD、血脂3项指标方面与对照组间差异有显著性意义,未发现有明显不良反应。结论奥扎格雷钠治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效显著,安全性良好。Objective To observation the effect of treatment of 50 cases of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency （VBI） with Ozagrel. Methods 100 patients who suffered from VBI were randomly divided into the treatment group （50cases） and the control group （50caes）. we studied the difference of the syndrome, TCD, blood - far before and offer treatment. Results The effeetive rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group by changes of the syrdrome、 TCD, blood -fat before and after treatment. No Obvious side - effect was found in the treatment group. Conclusion Ozagrel is safe and effective agaiust VBI.
