摘　　要：目的了解社区护理师资培训情况。方法通过分析社区护理师资骨干培训的教学状况、学员情况、课程内容、教学效果,探讨培训工作的质量和存在的问题。结果89.88%的学员认为教学安排较好或很好,82.14%的学员觉得学习收获很大或较大,30.95%的培训班学员理论考核为优秀。结论社区护理师资骨干培训是提高社区护理人员工作能力和服务质量的关键环节,对于促进社区护理发展具有十分重要的意义。Objective To analyze the situation of community nursing faculty training. Methods To explore the quality of the training work and the existing problems through implementing the community nursing faculty training and analyzing the situation of teaching activity, contents of curriculum, teaching effect and the faculty condition in this training work. Result The community nursing faculty training improved the teaching ability and enrichment of the faculty knowledge. It laid a good foundation for community nurses＇ on -job training, Conclusion The faculty training is key links to improve the community nurses＇ nursing ability and service quality, and it＇s important to make the community nursing develop.
