摘 要:实验研究了采用光参量激光与倍频方法产生高平均功率可调谐蓝光激光方案,实验获得900nm近红外参量激光输出9.4W,参量转化效率达52%;采用温度调谐,获得777nm到1036nm的可调谐参量输出;利用走离补偿的新晶体BiBO对可调谐光参量倍频,获得可调谐蓝光激光输出,调谐波段覆盖整个蓝光波段,蓝光激光最高输出功率1.3W,倍频效率21%。此外,分析了蓝光输出功率倍频效率较低的原因,并提出了改进倍频效率和提高蓝光激光输出功率的方案。In this paper, high power tunable blue quency doubling was investigated experimentally. lasers from all-solid-state optical parametric oscillator (OPO) with freMore than 9.4watt near infrared laser was obtained from LBO OPO and the parametric efficiency was up to 52%. Tunable optical parametric light was got with temperature tuning and its spectra covered from 777nm to 1036nm. With walk-off compensation BiBO crystals frequency doubling, a 1.3watt tunable blue laser was produced with doubling efficiency of 21%, lower than expectation. In the end of this paper, the reason of the lower doubling efficiency was analyzed, and the improvement proposals were put forward.
