摘 要:考查了采用澄清/过滤/超滤(UF)/反渗透(RO)工艺处理回用西柏坡电厂循环冷却水系统排放水的可行性.中试结果表明,澄清/过滤去除了原水中95%以上的悬浮杂质,是后续膜分离高效稳定运行的必要保障;超滤在30~45min反洗间隔下,膜通量为2~2.5m3/m2.d,压差稳定,出水SDI<2;RO出水电导率为17~23μs/cm,完全满足了电厂锅炉预脱盐补充水的要求.The paper investigated the feasibility of the water drained from the circulating cooling water system in Xibaipo Electric Power Plant for reuse with a settling, filtration, ultra filtration and reversed osmosis technology. The pilot results showed that the settling and filtration operations had removed over 95% of the suspended solids, which were the necessary guarantee to the high efficient and stable operation of the membrane separation in late stage. The ultra filtration was operated with the reversed interval of 30 to 45 minutes. The membrane flux was 2-2.5m^3/m^2. day. The pressure drop through the membrane was stable. The water drained was SDI 〈 2. The electric conductivity of the water from reversed osmosis was 17-23uS/cm. The water can fully meet the requirement of the boiler filled with pre de-salt water in the electric power plant.
