摘 要:对哈密机务段半封闭式机车水阻试验库噪声超标的主要原因进行了分析研究。针对主要噪声源柴油机排气噪声、冷却风扇排风噪声,分别采取了加装排气消声器、热风通道消声器等措施。针对机体噪声采取了隔声降噪处理。在机车水阻试验库内部进行了吸声处理,并对操作室进行了隔声降噪处理等多项治理措施。监测数据表明,机车水阻试验库噪声治理工程取得了明显的降噪声效果,满足国家相关标准的要求,达到了预期目的,并获得了企业和社会各方面均比较满意的结果。The reasons of the noise in the semi-closed locomotive loading test system in Hami Depot are analyzed and investigated, and the noise sources such as exhaust of the diesel engine, cooling fan and mechanical noise of the locomotive body are found. Different measures are taken to solve these problems. Mufflers were installed in engine exhaust part and air pipe to the fan. The locomotive body was noise insulated and noise absorption treatment to the operation cab. After adoption of these comprehensive measures, the noise of the test system was reduced obviously, and all specification of the noise were met the requirement of the Standard (GB12525-1990). The workers in Depot and the inhabitant nearby all satisfy with the improvement.
