摘　　要：国土资源信息系统建设是实施国土资源政务管理和信息服务现代化的重要途径,国土资源信息交换系统是实现国土资源信息化的重要基础。本文设计了一个多级异构的国土资源信息交换体系,实现了网络环境下国土资源数据的快速传递机制,保证数据在各级国土部门的实时更新,保持各级国土资源部门数据的一致性。Based on past experiences and works of geological hazards prevention and harnessing, this article intioduces the long-distance consultation and emergency system of the geological hazard control, and puts foswasd the preliminary ideas of building long-distance consultation and emergency command system on the satellite communication network. This article has also discussed the comprehensive information system made up of the platforms of internet communication, information resources management, information analysis and support for decision-making, and the information releasing and emergency command.
