摘　　要：物业企业开展社区公益活动,有助于增强居民的社会公德和集体观念意识,树立良好的物业企业形象,化解企业和业主之间的矛盾,促进小城镇社区的社会主义精神文明建设。通过对小城镇物业企业开展公益性活动的考察,对其存在问题进行分析,提出相应的建议和对策。The development of community commonweal activities by property management enterprises is beneficial for improving the social morality and the team consciousness of the residents as well as establishing good enterprise image, Moreover, it can remove the conflict between property management enterprises and residents, promoting the building of social civilization in China small towns. The corresponding proposals are put forward after surveying the status and analyzing the problems of community commonweal activities developed by property management enterprises in China small towns.
