摘　　要：以水玻璃为基料设计了一种无机胶粘剂的配方,制备的硅酸盐胶粘剂可粘接粉粒状工业水处理剂于多孔陶瓷载体上。研究了配方的组成、固化条件对粘接效果的影响。固化温度:250℃;固化时间:40min;粘接体系分别在水、3％盐酸溶液和3％氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡150h以上,其粉粒脱落量分别≤0．03％、≤0.07％和≤0．04％。The paper designed a formula of silicate inorganic adhesive with the water glass as material. The industry water treating medicine can be adhered to carrying agent of bores-ceramic use the adhesive. The constitute of formula and cure condition to the influence of adhesive effect were discussed. Cure temperature is 250℃;cure time is 40 min. When the adherend is soaked in H2O,3%HCI,3%NaOH for 150h,shedding quantity of powder respectively is：≤0.03%,≤0.07% and≤0.04%.
