摘  要:硅橡胶防污闪新技术是变电站防污改造行之有效的办法。变电站的防污闪工作,调爬受到限制,除了清扫、采用有机绝缘材料外,还可以采取加增爬裙(防污伞裙)。介绍了硅橡胶防污增爬裙的增加爬距、憎水性及憎水迁移性、自洁性、弧道曲折及阻弧效应等防污机理和试验研究情况。分析认为35kV级的绝缘子加装一片增爬裙对于污闪电压的提高效果最明显,加装两片与加装一片相差不多,有时还会下降。加装一片增爬裙时,安装部位以在绝缘子中部为宜;加装两片时,以安装在绝缘子上端或中部较为理想。The new anti-pollution technology using silicone rubber is an effective measure for substation renovation for preventing pollution flashover. For substation, it is difficult to increase leakage distance at substations. Besides cleaning and surface silicone greasing, the shed booster can be used. The anti-pollution mechanism of silicone rubber shed booster in respects of hydrophobicity, hydrophobic migration, self-cleaning, zigzag arcing and arc-resistance is described. It is considered that addition of one shed booster is most effective for increasing pollution flashover voltage of 35kV insulator. Introducing two booster has nearly the same effect as one booster, and sometime has a reduced voltage. One shed booster should be erected at mid insulator whereas two shed preferably erected at the top or the mid of insulator.
