摘 要:介绍了交流500kV系统用电站型复合外套MOA研究的主要内容及主要技术难点。对于密封结构,采用线、面密封结合的办法,并用双密封圈进行密封,漏气率小于6.65×10-8Pa·L/s;充分利用复合外套的优点,采用在绝缘筒壁设计压力释放结构的办法来解决防爆问题,并一次性通过63kA大电流和800A小电流压力释放试验;采用均压环和优化分节并联不同均压电容的方法,可使避雷器最大电位分布不均匀率降低到10%~-10%;产品的抗弯强度达25.3kN·m。The main aspects and technical difficult points in development of station type surge arrester for AC 500kV systems are presented. Two gaskets, providing linear and surface sealing, ensure the sealing of MOA, The leakage rate is less than 6.65×10^-8Pa·L/s; the pressure-relief device is made on the insulating cylinder taking advantage of its specific performance, As a result the pressure relief test at both 63kA and 800A has passed successfully; Through introduction of grading ring and optimized progressive shunting capacitance at different MOA units, the maximum unevenness of MOA field distribution can be reduced up to 10% ~-10%; the mechanical strength of MOA as high as 25.3kN·m.
