摘  要:制备了有机溶剂中颜料用超分散剂。分子结构为多乙烯多胺主链上接枝4~6聚羟基月桂酸酯链。以12—羟基月桂酸为原料,二甲苯为溶剂,氮气保护及催化剂存在下,在170℃、18小时的条件下生成平均聚合度Xn=8聚酯链;然后与多乙烯多胺在150℃下反应3小时合成出标题化合物,当聚羟基月桂酸酯与多乙烯多胺的摩尔比为4~6时,超分散剂的分散效果最佳。A hyperdispersant for dispersing organic pigments in organic solvents was prepared. Most of them contained a polyethylene polyamine chain grafdng with 4-6 poly(12-hydroxylauric acid)ester chains. The polyester was synthesized by reacting 12-hydroxylauric acid at 170℃ for 18 hours in xylene under the atmosphere of N2 and a catalyst, the average polymerization degree Xn was 8, the polyester was then reacted with polyethylene polyamine at 150℃ for 130 hours to give the title compound. This hyperdispersant provided the best dispersing performance when the molar ratio ofpoly(12-hydroxylauric acid)ester to polyethylene polyamine was 4-6.
