摘 要:用传统的陶瓷工艺制备Li铁氧体材料.研究了复合添加Bi2O3等多种添加剂的作用.结果表明,添加适量超细球状Bi2O3粉可有效抑制Li的挥发,同时引入Zn2+、Ti4+、Mg2+、Mn2+等金属离子可将锂铁氧体的烧结温度降低至900℃以下,从而实现与银内电极的低温共烧.测试分析表明复合添加上述金属离子的锂铁氧体材料性能显著提高.起始磁导率μi =35~250,温度系数αμ(10kHz)5~7×10-6/℃,截止频率fc=12~86MHz,电阻率ρ>109Ω·m,居里温度TC>100℃.The Li ferrite materials were prepared by conventional ceramic technology. The effects of Bi2O3 and several additives on the magnetic properties of Li ferrite were investigated. The experimental results show that proper amount of Bi2O3 fine powder additive can suppress Zn volatilization. Li ferrite sintered with Ag electrode bellow 900℃ can be realized by using Bi2O3 additive. The experimental results confirm that the frequency properties of Li ferrite materials can be improved by means of controlling Zn^2+, Ti^4+, Mg^2+, Mn^2+ content. The samples were obtained with initial permeability between 35 and 250, cut-off frequency between 12MHz and 86MHz, resistivity ,ρ〉10^9 Ω·m, and Curie temperature Tc over 100℃.
