摘 要:预氧化的目的是使PAN原丝的线型大分子链经预氧化处理后转变为耐热梯型结构,不熔不燃,经得起高温碳化而保持纤维形态。实现这一转化的关键设备就是预氧化炉。研究表明,预氧化炉首先要满足工艺条件的需求:即加热系统的温度场均匀,温度梯度分布合理,风向最好垂直于丝束,风速最好在0.5 m/s以上,牵伸系统低温区实施正牵,高温区实施负牵。同时,大型预氧化炉对纤维的处理量要大,以降低生产成本。Object of oxidative stabilization is to convent the PAN chains into nonplastic cyclic compound that can withstand the high temperature and keep its fiber form during carbonization. The cyclized structure is called a ladder polymer that is infusible and noncombustible. The key equipment of producing carbon fibers is stabilization stove. The results show that the desired stabilization stove should be able to fit into the technical parameters as well as the temperature is uniformity, the orientation of air is situated at right angles to the horizon of fibers, the rate of air is above 0.5m/s, the tension is positive at high temperature, the tension is negative at low temperature and increase treatment quantitv to lower the production cost.
