摘　　要：根据国内轻质耐火浇注料的组成与性能以及煤气发生炉烟道的实际工作条件,针对烟道内衬实际存在的问题,提出了内衬膨胀珍珠岩轻质耐火浇注料的改进技术要求,并确定了在保证膨胀珍珠岩浇注料保温隔热性能的前提下,提高浇注料的力学性能、抗热震性能和防爆性能的研究内容。通过反复的实验研究,获得了性能优良的膨胀珍珠岩轻质耐火浇注料,并在煤气发生炉烟道上得到成功的应用,取得了大幅度延长烟道内衬使用寿命的效果。Based on the components and properties of the domestic light castables and the flue actual working conditions of furnace to produce gas, the improving technology demands of the light castables of expanding pearl rock were put forward for the actual problems of flue liner. The study contents to advance the mechanics properties, the heat shake resistance and preventing detonation performances of light castables of expanding pearl rock were confirmed. The light castables of expanding pearl rock with good properties were got through experimental study. On the flue liner of furnace to produce gas, it was successfully used and the excellent results were got for extending using life.
