摘　　要：从结构相似产品单件小批量生产的特点出发,在综合约束理论(TOC)和其他传统计划方法的基础上,提出一套解决这类企业生产计划的方法。将生产任务分成两类,即定制产品计划与备用品计划,前者的优先级高于后者,当备用品进度落后时,可将其落后部分归入相应定制产品计划,基于TOC思想以及其他计划方法将任务进行计划分解。According to the characteristics of similar single-piece and small-batch production, puts forwards a kind of new method for the production planning system on the basis of the theory of constraints and other traditional planning methods. The production tasks are divided into customized production and spare production. The former priority is higher than the latter and when the spare production lag behind the customized production, the lags are switched to the customized production planning. The production planning are scheduled on the basis of the theory of constraints and other traditional planning methods.
