摘　　要：针对平面深图案的加工问题,提出了一种新的加工工艺———“蚀刻制模+靠模加工”,并详细介绍其工艺过程和工艺参数。实践证明,这一过程及其参数正确并有实际应用价值。Focus on the problems or the manufacturing for deep patterns, a new manufacturing technology to produce a template by etching and to produce the patterns using the template is put forward. The manufacturing process and parameters is presented. The results show that the process and parameters is exactitude and value in practice.
