摘  要:采用硼砂与中性盐混合盐浴对碳钢试样进行渗钒,研究钢含碳量及保温时间对覆层厚度的影响。结果表明,覆层厚度在具体工艺条件下与钢含碳量以及保温时间成正比关系,覆层组织均匀致密,具有很高的显微硬度。The carbon steel used in the mixed salt bath which is the mixture of broax and neutral salt for vanadinizing. The purpose is to research the effect that carbon content and holding time do for the coating thickness. The result shows that coating thickness is proportional to carbon content and holding time in specific condition. The coating is essentially compact, has uniform structure and microhardness.
