摘　　要：用双相钢SAF2205!19mm×3mm管材制造换热器管,采取在1030￣1150℃温度范围内对其进行弯管成型加工,加工后采用1070℃固溶处理,通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察及X射线衍射分析,测定其铁素体体积百分含量接近50%,评定其晶粒度级别大于8级,且在所有取样中均未发现有σ相析出。表明所选择的弯管加工成型工艺及固溶处理工艺是合适的,是能够保证双相钢换热器设备具有优良的抗腐蚀性能、力学性能等综合性能的。Using the duplex stainless steel SAF2205 with φ19mm×3 mm for the tubes of heat exchanger, after being contour machined under temperature 1 030-1 150℃, and together with the 1 070℃ solution treatment, reached the solution that the volume percent of ferrite approached fifty percent, the level of crystal grain is greater than eight, and no σ-phase appeared in all the samples observed by light microscope and scanning electron microscope, and diffracted by X RAY. The results show that the counter machining process and solution treatment selected are suitable, and ensured the corrosion resistance and mechanical property for the duplex stainless steel heat exchanger.
