摘　　要：为了提高县级电力企业的服务质量,达到增供扩销之目的,衡水供电局以及所辖11个县级电力企业于2004年全部开通运行了95598电力客户呼叫系统,经过一年来的运行,取得了令人满意的效果。文章主要论述了该系统所具备的主要功能、在使用中存在的问题以及解决方法和注意事项等。For the sake of promoting the quality of service in county class electric power business enterprise, attaining the purpose to increase the amount of provision and sale, Hengsbui power supply bureau which rules over 11 County class electric power business enterprises upbuilt 95598 customer calling system the all and the one in 2004. Passing through one years running, obtained a quite good result. This paper primarily discussed the main functions, existing problems and their solution methods and some notice items.
