摘  要:对驱动轮轮毂原铸造工艺进行凝固模拟,找出缺陷的成因,并对原工艺进行了改进,采用顶置随形压边浇冒口。经计算机凝固模拟分析表明,新工艺能明显改善铸件的质量,实际生产中废品率显著降低。The solidification process of a driving wheel hub cast with former foundry method was simulated to find out the reason causing shrinkage defects. Based simulation results, the former method was improved by adopting a top Connor feeder. The computer solidification simulation of castings cast with new method showed that new method could obviously improve casting quality, and the practical rejection rate after adopting new method in production has been obviously decreased.
