摘 要:研究了化学成分和孕育处理对激冷球铁凸轮轴组织和性能的影响。碳和硅均降低激冷层的深度,但碳能增加激冷层硬度,而硅则相反。高碳低硅能兼顾激冷层硬度和深度。减少孕育剂的加入量可有效地减少凸轮激冷层的石墨,显著提高激冷层的硬度和激冷深度,而轴颈碳化物数量变化不大,能满足康明斯凸轮轴的技术要求。The influence of chemical composition and inoculation on the microstructure and properties of chilled ductile iron camshaft was investigated. The results showed that the chilled depth was decreased with increase of both the carbon and the silcon contents. However the hardness of chilled layer was increased with increasing of carbon content, and was decreased with increasing of silcon content. By reducing the inoculant addition amount, the graphite count in chilled layer could be effectively reduced, the hardness and the depth of chilled layer could be increased obviously and, at the same time, the carbide content in non-chilled areas of supporting shafts didn't change obviously. It is beneficial to the production control of the camshaft.
