摘 要:低碳球铁是含碳量远低于常规含碳量的球墨铸铁,现在已经发展了四个品种:1)铸态高韧塑性铁素体低碳球铁,2)铸态高强度珠光体低碳球铁,3)准铸态贝氏体低碳耐磨球铁,4)铸态耐热、耐蚀奥氏体低碳球铁。低碳球铁采用传统球铁生产中被认为有“反球化”作用的元素作为球化剂,为球化机理的研究提供新的依据。球化元素与“反球化”元素均为表面活性元素,没有本质的区别。低碳球铁的优点是成本低、性价比高。The low carbon spheroidal graphiteiron (s.g.iron) is a kind of s.g. iron with carbon content much lower than that of normal s.g. iron. At present, there are four types of low carbon s.g. irons having been developed: 1) as-east hi-toughness ferrite low carbon s.g. iron; 2) as-east hi-strength pearlite low carbon s.g. iron; 3) quasi-as-east wear-resistant bainite low carbon s.g. iron; 4) as-east heat and corrosion-resistant austenite low carbon s.g. iron. Some trace elements which are considered as “anti-spheroidizing elements” in the normal s.g. iron production are adopted as spheroidizing agents for the low carbon s.g. iron production that provided a new basis for the spheroidization mechanism research. There is no essential distinctions between the “anti- spheroidizing elements” and the spheroidizing elements, all of them are surface active elements. The low carbon s.g. iron has the advantage of low cost and high properties/cost ratio.
