万家寨引黄一期工程成本水价分析及探讨

摘　　要：万家寨引黄工程一期成本水价一直是人们十分关心的问题,文中介绍了引黄一期工程的成本水价,分析了成本水价偏高的原因,认为工程折旧、贷款利息以及供水量偏小是成本水价居高的原因。为了减少财政补贴,保证引黄一期工程的良性运营,提出了几种建议措施,其中最根本的措施是建设引黄工程北干线和呼延水厂二期工程,扩大供水量。Water cost price of stage 1 project of Wanjiazhai YRDP is such a thing to which the persons pay close attention. This paper introduces the water cost price of stage 1 project of Wanjiazhai YRDP and analyzes the causes that lead to higher cost price. The causes include： higher depreciation charge, higher interest rate of loan and few volume of water supply in recent years. In order to decrease financial allowance and to ensure better running of this project, this paper presents some suggestion measures. The basis measures are to construct North Main Line Project of YRDP and stage 2project of Huyan water plant, to increase water supply volume.
