摘  要:目的探讨胚胎期被动吸烟对胎鼠学习能力的影响及其机制。方法采用反映学习记忆功能的水迷宫法测试仔鼠神经行为的改变;免疫组织化学染色法研究胎鼠脑组织中蛋白表达的水平。结果胚胎期被动吸烟使大鼠学习记忆能力下降。大脑皮质及海马区内均有较多的FOS蛋白阳性细胞。结论胚胎期被动吸烟对大鼠学习记忆能力有明显影响,且这种改变可能与脑组织的c-fos基因表达有关系。Objective To study the effects of passive cigarette smoking on learning and memory ability in filial generation and its relation with c-fos gene expression. Methods Spatial water maze was applied to study the effects of passive cigarette smoking on learning and memory ability in rat filial generation. Expression of los protein in cortex and hippocampus was observed by immunohistochemical staining method. Results The learning and memory ability was declined and fos-postive cell was induced in both cortex and hippocampus in passive cigarette smoking group. Conclusion Passive cigarette smoking may damage the learning-memory ability of filial genetation and there may be a relationship between declined ability of learning-memory and c-fos gene expression.
