摘 要:建立了一种等吸收双波长紫外分光光度法,用来分析利巴韦林结晶废液中利巴韦林和乙酰胺的含量。测定波长λ1、λ2分别为194.6 nm和210 nm,得到溶液质量浓度与吸光度的线性回归方程,方程的r值分别为0.9999和0.99995,乙酰胺和利巴韦林的平均回收率分别为100.55%和99.66%,RSD分别为1.19%和0.73%(n=3)。并与HPLC分析方法进行比较。A method of UV with equal adsorption at twn different wavelengths was established for the determination of ribavirin and acetamlde. The detection wavelengths were 194.6 and 210 ,m, and the regress equations were linear in the range of 4 - 25 μg/mL respectively ( r1 = 0. 9999, r2 = 0. 99995 ). The average recovery of acetamide and ribavirin were 100.55% and 99.66% respectively, with RSD of 1.19% and 0.73%. The result was compared with that by HPLC, and the method was simple, accurate and repeatable.
