藿香正气液促进小鼠肠推进作用的时效性和量效性分析

摘　　要：目的:观察不同剂量的藿香正气液在不同时间对小鼠肠推进的影响.方法:180只小鼠按随机数字表法分为藿香正气液组和空白对照组(每组90只),在相同剂量给药后的不同时相(0.5h、1.0h、2.0h、3.0h)和不同剂量(1ml/kg、5ml/kg、10ml/kg、50ml/kg、100ml/kg体重)给药后的同一时间,观察小鼠胃肠推进运动的变化.结果:藿香正气液在剂量为10～100ml/kg体重和时间为给药后1.0～2.0h的范围内,对小鼠肠推进有显著而稳定的增强效应.结论:藿香正气液促进肠动力作用具有时间和剂量依赖性.Objective ：To observe the effects of Ageratum - liquid on motility of mice by variety of time and dose. Methods ： 180 mice were randomly divided into Ageratum - liquid group and control group. After Ageratum - liquid was taken by different dose （ 1ml/ Kg,5ml/Kg,10ml/Kg,50ml/Kg,100ml/Kg） ,the changes of intestinal motility of mice were assayed at different time （0. 5h,1. 0h, 2. 0h,3. 0h）. Results ：The intestinal motility of mice was markedly and steadily enhanced in Ageratum - liquid group. Conclusions ： Effeot of Ageratum - liquid on motility of mice was related to the variety of time and dose.
