东北老工业区职工住宅生态化改造策略

摘　　要：通过对东北老工业区既有住区建筑及具有代表性的居住建筑现状的分析研究,探求在东北地区严寒的气候条件下运用生态策略对既有建筑进行改造的可能性,在改造的过程中充分考虑东北老工业基地的地域特征、气候条件、建筑风格以及使用需求等,在此基础上,从住宅平面布局、围护结构构造、设备系统、绿色建材、废弃物处理及太阳能利用等多方面多角度,提出适于东北老工业区条件的住宅生态化改造策略,以期探讨老工业区既有建筑的生态化改造途径,促进东北老工业基地建筑的可持续发展。Possibility of ecological reconstruction to the old building in northeast old industrial base is researched through analyzing the actuality of representative resident building such as the zone character, cold climate, building style and people＇s requirement and so on. The ecological strategy of reconstruction to old resident building in layout, envelop structure, equipment system, green materials, garbage disposal and using solar energy that is suitable to the condition of northeast old industrial base is given. So that the way of ecological reconstruction is obtained in northeast old industrial base to achieve the sustainable development of resident building.
