摘　　要：公路设计与施工是两项相辅相成的工作。对公路设计项目引进招投标法,不仅可以有效地降低设计费用,同时可以提高设计水准和后续服务质量。设计时应当加强图纸标准化审定工作,力争对结构构件实行车间标准化生产,以加大物资周转,降低工程成本。The design and construction of highway are two work supplementing with each other. The introducing of tendering and bidding in highway design project, can not only reduce the design cost, but also improve the design lever and following service quality. During the design, it should strengthen the examining and approval of drawing standardization and try hard to carry out the standard producing in workshop, so as to increase the turning over of material and reduce the engineering cost.
