摘　　要：利用锁相环数字频率合成电路研制的质子磁力仪测程标定信号源,其频率准确度和稳定度都保证了维修和标定的要求,经实验证明,可靠性和抗干扰性强,解决了实际工作的需要。A signal source for measure range standardization for proton magnetometer had been developed using frequency synthesis circuit based on phase-locked loop. Its stability and frequency accuracy have matched our demand. The test showed it is suit for our work because the reliability and resistance to interference are perfect.
