摘　　要：结合实际,阐述对EQ-140制动蹄采用高温球化退火+火焰表面淬火工艺代替高温球化退火+中频淬火工艺取得的良好使用效果。The paper combines the practice of production , it introduces the technology that it gained a good result. It is the high temperature global annealing,flame surface hardening instead of the high temperature global annealing, intermediate frequency hardening for EQ - 140 breaking - foot.
