摘　　要：本文首先论证了房地产业库存的特殊性,然后讨论了房地产业库存成本的构成以及对其成本的控制,最后给出了一些经典理论在房地产业库存上的应用。Firstly this paper expounds and proves that real estate＇s inventory is special.Then this paper discusses the constitution of real estate＇s inventory＇s cost and how to control the cost.At last this paper gives the application of some classical theories on the real estate＇s inventory.
