摘　　要：多通道低感火花隙开关ＬＩＳ用于高效Ｂｌｕｍｌｅｉｎ氮激光器。工作电压范围在５～２３ｋＶ可调。极间距离ｄ＝８ｍｍ，－Ｖ０／＋Ｖｔ（μｓ）时，为单通道运行，开关电感Ｌｓ≈１１５ｎＨ；－Ｖ０／＋Ｖｔ（μｓ）时为多通道运行，最小电感Ｌｍｉｎ≈７ｎＨ，开关重复频率ｆ＝２０Ｈｚ。工作稳定、可靠、寿命很长，能使Ｂｌｕｍｌｅｉｎ氮激光器的效率提高数倍。A multiple channel low inductance spark gap switch has been developed for high-efficiency Blumlein-type nitrogen laser Stable operation is achived at voltage range from 5 to 23 kV When the distance between the electrodes d=8mm,- V 0 /+ V t (μs)operating conditions, single channel operation The inductance of the LIS is 11 5nH When - V 0 /+ V t (μs) operating conditions, L min =7nH Repeat freguency rate of the switch is f =20Hz The operation of swithc is stable, reliable, When the low inductance spark gap switch LIS is used,the good efficiency is attributed and the pulse-to-pulse output energy fluctuations of the laser is small
