摘　　要：利用模糊数计及电力系统运行中负荷的不确定性，并且利用模糊置信区间的概念求解不同模糊置信度下的显式静态安全域，即有功静态安全域可伸缩。This paper regards load uncertainty in power system as fuzzy number, and utilizes the concept of fuzzy confidence intervals to calculate steady state security regions under various fuzzy confidence levels. So, steady state security regions are elastic. At last, a result about IEEE 30 system is given.
