摘 要:采用世界粮农组织(FAO)和国际动物遗传学会(ISAG)联合推荐的27对微卫星引物,检测了4类型香猪(久仰香猪、剑白香猪、从江香猪、环江香猪)共计200个个体的基因型,分析了品系内和品系间的的遗传变异。采用邻近结合法和非加权组对算术平均法进行聚类分析,结果表明,从江香猪和环江香猪亲缘关系最近,久仰香猪和剑白香猪亲缘关系次之;遗传距离最远的是剑白香猪和环江香猪,这和其地理分布、生态环境及体型外貌特征基本一致。从聚类结果可见,久仰香猪和剑白香猪聚为一组,从江香猪和环江香猪聚为另一组。200 individuals' genotype of 4 types Xiang pig breeds (Jiuyang Xiang pig, Jianbai Xiang pig, Congjiang Xiang pig, Huanjiang Xiang pig)were studied by using 27 pairs of microsatellite markers recommended by FAO( Food and Agriculture Organization) and ISAG( the International Society for Animal Genetics). For analyzing genetic variability within breeds and among breeds, NJ( neighbor-jioning method) and UPGMA( unweighted pair-group with arithmetic) methods were adopted to conduct clustering analysis. The results showed that Congjiang Xiang pig was closely related with Huanjiang Xiang pig, Jiuyang and Jianbai Xinag pigs were the next. The genetic distance was the furthest between Jianbai and Huanjiang Xiang pigs, which was consistent with geographic distribution, ecological environment and bodily features. According to the experimental results, Jiuyang and Jianbai Xiang pigs could be clustered into one group, Congjiang and Huangjiang Xiang pigs were the other group.
