摘 要:目的研究白术内酯Ⅱ的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,对白术中白术内酯Ⅱ进行含量测定,色谱柱:Kromasil-C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(80∶20);流速:1.0 mL/min;紫外检测波长:276 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL。结果测定了22种不同白术样品中白术内酯Ⅱ的含量,平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.2%。结论本法简单、灵敏、结果可靠,可作为白术质量控制的定量方法。Objective To develop a method to determine the content of atractylenolide Ⅱ in Atractylodes macrocephala by HPLC. Methods Reverse-Phase HPLC was used to determine the content of AtractylenolideⅡ in Atractylodes macrocephala. The separation was performed on Kromasil-C18 column with methanol-water (80 : 20) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the wavelength of UV detector was 276 nm. Results 22 Samples were determined. The average recoveries of atraotylenolide Ⅱ were 99.8% with RSD of 1.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reliable. It can be used as quantitative method in quality controlling of Atractylodes macrocephala.
