摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定六味地黄口服液中丹皮酚的含量.方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;甲醇-水(50∶50)为流动相;检测波长为274 nm.结果丹皮酚含量在0.06 mg· mL-1 ～0.31 mg· mL-1线性范围为内,r=0.999 9, 平均加样回收率为96.51% ,RSD=0.59%(n=5).结论实验表明,该方法方便快捷,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好.Objective To develop a HPLC method t＇or the assay of paeonol in Liuweidihuang Oral Solution. Method Using ODS C18 column and methyl alcohol-water as mobile phase; the detecting wavelength at 274 nm. Result The linear range of the content of paeonol is from 0.06mg · mL^-1 to 0.31 mg· mL^-1 , the average recovery rate of the application of sample is 96.51%, r=0. 999 88, RSD=0. 59% （n=5）. Conclusion The experiment shows that this method is facility, accurate ,high sensitive and a good reproducibility.
