舒冠片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定研究

摘　　要：目的研究舒冠片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法.方法采用高效液相色谱法测定淫羊藿苷含量.结果淫羊藿苷在0.245～1.96 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r＝0.999 3,平均回收率为98.43%,RSD=0.97%.结论 HPLC测定淫羊藿苷的方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于舒冠片的质量控制.Objective To establish a HPLC method for determinating the icarrin in the Shuguan Tablets. Method The icarrin was separated ,with a Shimadzu VP-ODS column （5μm 150 mm× 6 mm ）, acetonitrile-water（30 ： 70） as mobile phase, and UV detection at 270 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. Results The good linearity of the icarrin was from 0. 245 -1. 96μg, （r =0. 999 3）. The average recovery and RSD of the icarrin were 100.42 % and 0.97 %, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Shuguan Tablets.
